Community terms

Kinetic Family is an independent trading community, not a registered company or regulated financial service. By using the website or community tools, you agree to use them responsibly and only where lawful for you.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these terms.
• You must follow applicable law and the terms of every broker, platform, messaging service, or other third party you use.
• You may connect or control only accounts and data you are authorised to use.
• You must secure credentials, review permissions, and independently supervise every trading decision and automated workflow.

KYRA Chart and free community access are the primary current offer. Free tools, limits, features, and availability may change or be withdrawn as the project evolves.

References to optional paid plans describe voluntary access that may be offered later. The present website does not itself complete payment. Before payment is enabled, the operator must publish a verifiable identity and contact channel together with final price, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation, refund, and applicable consumer-right terms.

Do not use Kinetic Family to harm people, accounts, services, or rights. Reasonable technical and community rules may be applied to protect availability and lawful participation.

• Do not engage in illegal activity, credential theft or sharing, unauthorised account access, manipulation, fraud, or misleading performance claims.
• Do not distribute malware, probe or bypass security, overload services, or scrape in a way that harms availability or other users.
• Do not reverse engineer where that restriction is lawful, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others, or use integrations contrary to broker or platform rules.

You retain ownership of content and data you lawfully provide. You grant only the limited permission reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display, or adapt that material to provide the functionality you request and to secure or support it.

You are responsible for having the rights and authority needed for submitted content, connected accounts, instructions, screenshots, messages, and settings. Do not submit information you are not permitted to use.

Brokers, MT5, Telegram, data providers, payment providers, external links, and other services remain governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability, security, data, execution, fees, decisions, and changes are outside Kinetic Family’s direct control.

Community access may be moderated, restricted, suspended, or removed when reasonably needed to protect users, systems, availability, rights, community rules, or legal obligations. Where practical and safe, the reason and any available next step should be explained.

The project is evolving. Features may be corrected, changed, interrupted, limited, or withdrawn, and content may be updated when product behavior or risks change. Users should keep independent records and contingency plans for information or workflows they rely on.

The website and community tools are provided on an available, evolving basis. To the maximum extent applicable law allows, no promise is made that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, suitable for a particular purpose, or produce a particular trading outcome.

Kinetic Family does not hold funds, accept trading deposits, provide financial advice, act as a broker or fiduciary, or guarantee performance. Users remain responsible for independent verification, risk limits, account supervision, lawful use, taxes, and third-party terms.

Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. It does not exclude liability, remedies, disclosures, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Mandatory rights under applicable local law remain unaffected. If a provision cannot lawfully apply in a user’s location, the applicable mandatory rule prevails to that extent.

A governing law is not stated, and no arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, indemnity, or dispute venue is included while the website has no identified legal operator or verified contractual counterparty. Those provisions require a real operator and jurisdiction-specific legal review.
