Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference, futures, digital assets, and other leveraged products involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose all of the capital allocated to trading, or more where the agreement with your broker permits losses beyond that amount.

Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. Volatility, reduced liquidity, changing spreads, margin requirements, margin calls, market gaps, slippage, rejected orders, partial fills, and delayed execution can cause an outcome materially different from a displayed price or intended order.

Private copy trade can diverge between source and follower accounts. Different balances, equity, leverage, symbols, contract sizes, broker rules, lot steps, existing positions, prices, and permissions can produce missed, partial, duplicate, rejected, or differently sized orders.

Signal automation may parse a message incorrectly or receive it late, incomplete, duplicated, or out of sequence. User configuration, confirmation logic, symbol mapping, lot sizing, stop and target settings, latency, disconnection, software defects, and human error can change or prevent the intended action.

MT5, brokers, Telegram, data feeds, hosting providers, devices, networks, and other third-party systems remain outside Kinetic Family’s direct control. Maintenance, outages, rate limits, account restrictions, API changes, compromised services, or discontinued access can interrupt a workflow without warning.

Replay, backtest, hypothetical, simulated, historical, and AI-generated outputs have inherent limitations. They may omit live spreads, liquidity, slippage, fees, latency, execution constraints, changing market structure, configuration mistakes, and the effect of real decision-making under pressure.

Past results do not predict future results. A chart, signal, example, statistic, or automated output is not a promise, and there is no guarantee that any user will reproduce a displayed result or avoid loss.

Connected trading and messaging workflows can expose credentials, tokens, account identifiers, permissions, and trading data to theft, misuse, phishing, malware, device compromise, or unauthorised access. No security control removes every risk.

• Use unique credentials and the narrowest permissions the connected feature supports.
• Verify destinations and permissions before connecting a broker, MT5 account, messaging service, or other integration.
• Secure devices and recovery methods, monitor account activity, and revoke access promptly when compromise is suspected.

Kinetic Family provides community information and user-directed software interfaces. It does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice; solicit a trade; act as a fiduciary or broker; hold funds; accept trading deposits; or guarantee any order, uptime, outcome, or performance.

A user’s broker or platform remains responsible under its own agreement for the account and execution services it provides. Kinetic Family does not become a party to that relationship merely because an interface can connect to it.

Independently verify every setting and instruction. Test workflows in a demo environment, define account and position limits, supervise connected accounts, keep a tested way to stop automation, and do not risk money you cannot afford to lose.

You remain responsible for lawful use, taxes, broker and platform terms, account authority, credentials, monitoring, and final trading decisions. Obtain independent professional advice when your circumstances require it.
